Female double reds cacatoides

I have this feamle double red she looks so fine, But she has so much red on 
red caudal and dorsal fins that the male does not pay her much attention. He 
does kind of court her but not the usual chase and harass that one would 
expect. I was wondering if others have had females like this and what your 
experiences were.
