Jerry....with blackworms comes a fluke that is about ohhhhh, 1/4 to 3/8 inches long. Sometimes I pick them sometimes they get washed off with the junk......again, I've never had a KNOWN problem with the flukes........I just pick them when I see them. I don't make a big deal out of them.
