I'd guess it's a member of the MacMasteri complex, but it doesn't really match any one of the species mentioned. I won't even consider the Nijssenni since the tail is totally off in shape and markings. The fish shouldn't be too stressed out since the 20G long tank has plenty of cover and all of his neighbors are either juvenile female aggies or dithers.
