I also jokingly role Apisto-philes into the Cichl-idiot
category as I would anyone who keeps and fantasizes over cichlids. I also
refer to myself, in a self-effacing way, as a Killie-nut. Honestly, it was
not an attempt to put anyone down. Also, I did not coin the term, it's
been around for a while and also been used in a friendly manner in every
instance I can recall.
