I looked at the photos and saw only 1 female (bottom, left), a fairly mature one at that. She already has a squared off, almost lyre tail, caudal and extended dorsal spines seen only on fully mature females. I imagine that she is at least 5 cm long by now. She may be past her prime breeding age. The fish on the lower right looks like a young male to me. The ventral fins are too long for a female. Can Alfredo tell me which "female" was the first bought with the male? If the bottom left fish was the first female, I imagine that the young male is trying to find a territory for himself. Since he cannot take on the mature male, then he is trying to dominate the female. The dominant male is then chasing the young male, trying to drive another male out of his territory. To fix this 'reverse trio' I would suggest finding another, younger female. Re-arranging the aquascaping will help allow everyone to find a territory more easily.
