Re: A. trifasciata breeding questions
Mike,
I opted to pull the second mother out, and put her in a 15 gallon with 2
females and 1 male trifasciata. Whoever that male breeds with I will take
the remainder two females out.
Can I keep the male with the mom and her eggs, or should i take him out?
Also there is one mountain minnow in there as a target fish? Ive only used
Bororas maculata before as target fish(with success) will this be okay?
thanks
coby

Coby,
A standard 15 is a bit small, but if aquascaped to divide the tank into
distinct territories with definite boundaries & use of something to block
the
line of sight of the 2 females it should be possible. Just keep an eye one
everyone and remove the hen pecked.
