I don't know of any site listing this, but it would be great to get the
URL if someone finds it. 

A friend of mine runs the Master Index of Freshwater Fishes, which
includes much of TFH as well as other magazines.  He's been doing
this for years. Here's the URL...

BTW, the Jan 1970 issue of TFH contains a comprehensive index up to that
point ('52-'69).  Then every Jan issue contains the index of the
previous year.
