I only feed beefheart about once a week or less I figure the wider
variety of food I can give the fish the better.

I have heard fish normaly should not have beefheart because they have 
problem to digest it,except the Discus due to the higher temperature.
any comments?

I thought the polar bear preferd tourists not Pepsi.
And I would love to see a man wrestle a fully grown 500 Kg polar bear 
and win. :)
