Matt, By now these juveniles should be able to handle "more normal" water conditions. Don't do massive water changes with radically different water values, however, but you can slowly change it to slightly acid, moderately hard, water over a period of a week or so. I don't know what this will do to the development of the fins, however. In A. trifasciata, for example, specimens raised in soft water develop higher dorsal fin spines than do specimens in harder water. Who knows, maybe the same happens with Inca.
