Females occasionally eat their fry, but agassizii & cacatuoides usually don't.
Often what happens is that the fry die after a week or two due to less than
optimal water conditions. I would leave your aggie female with the fry, remove
the male, and change 10% of the tanks water every day or two with water that has
the same values.
