I appreciate all the replies guys! This really helps.
I'm going to start shipping fish - doesn't seem to be 
too bad at all. 

Now who wants to be the first to receive fish?!
I've got some D. maculata 1.5" size and tons of 1"+ 
female triple red cacatoides that are ready to find new 
homes.
