I'm always on the lookout for styro boxes.
Try to hook up with a local veterinarian. Vets get their vaccines in very 
nice styro boxes which they usually throw away. Friendship with a LFS won't 
hurt either. Mine has a whole storage room full of larger boxes.
I also use the pink insulation foam from home cheapo and cut it to fit my 
boxes when needed. I don't like the white styro foam . It breaks to easy 
when cut and doesn't insulate good enough in cold weather.
I even found some styro boxes at my local supermarket the other day. They 
get their frozen fish in nice size boxes . They do stink quite a bit :).
I also use Plastic containers ,such as 16-32oc Gatorade ,Juice bottles, 
rather than bags for shipping.This way I'won't take a chance of a leak or 
deflated bags. They get filled with O2 and fresh water.
This is IMHO the best way to ship smaller fish like Apistos. Go to our
