RE: Identification

Sorry :-(

I am a very weak net user. Sorry for the trouble.

This should work.

More fresh data:
She spawned with a "not that entusiastic about it" aga male on Nov 1st. I was lucky to watch the whole process and it took her more than two hours to convince that male to enter the cave. The "cave" is just a rock against the side glass wall so I could watch it from the begining to the end. She was laying the eggs and the male just stood there close to the ground and never turned upside down in order to try a "direct" fertilization. I read that males can fertilize eggs from quite a distance (sometimes they are too big to fit into cave holes but somehow the eggs are viable).
A couple of details more: the eggs were not red but yellowish. One day after, they all seemed to be with fungus and I suspect they were not properly fertilized.

I hope the picture looks clear enough.

Thanks in advance and once again sorry for the trouble.

Nuno,

I would like to try to ID your female, but cannot get access to the
site. Is anyone else having the same problem?
