Having a heck of a time unsubscribing...

Hello everyone,

I am trying to remove my address from this email
address and I have done so by sending emails to the
following email addresses:

apisto-request@majordomo.pobox.com
apisto-request@ listbox.com

but I get no message back for information on how to
unsubscribe.

If someone out there could please help me with this it
would be greatly appreciated.
