You should harvest the BBS after they hatched. My BBS usually goes bad three 
days after hatching and it's time to start again. I usually have two 
hatcheries going at once. It takes one day for my eggs to hatch. I use 
regular table Salt (Mortons) and filtered tap water.
Maybe your eggs are bad?
