Bamboo?  What do you want to do with bamboo?  If you're loooking for a
natural "cave structure", try coconut shell:
1,  Buy a whole coconut.
2,  Bust it open.
3,  Feast on the innards
4,  Either boil the shell for ten minutes, or skip to step 5
5,  Put it in the tank.

I suppose bamboo of a large enough diameter would work, but it is not really
indigeneous to Apisto habitats, if that's where you are trying to go with
this idea.
