George....never heard of A. peruvian....but a number of apistos come from 
Peru and thus the possible mix-up.  There aren't a great number of dealers 
that could identify one apisto from another........they try hard these dealers 
but it's tough sometimes for even good apisto people.  Get either the Tetra 
book on Apistos (Linke-Staeck) or the Aqualog.....dwarf cichlids and grab a 
chair and see what you think!..........as for apistos for sale:
