Ramrezi and fry

I have read that in soft water and high temperature, ramerezi fry is
mostly male. Ok... But I wonder if these water parameters are important
before spawning..while spawning.. or when the fry is growing ?

  I have a pair of ramirezi which spawns once every 3 weeks. This time I
put them in their own tank. They spawned 2 days ago... Can I now change
the water parameter (curently 28C, GH 3 KH 2, PH 6) in order to get more
females ?
