Probably Ick, use Ick-guard or the equivalent.
Might be velvet.  I've heard it can sometimes imitate the appearance of ick.
There are a number of treatments available at your LFS.

You might treat for both simultaneously, but I would try the ick thing first,
unless the spots increase in size.  Then it is velvet for sure.
