Mike says the price will go up a few dollars next time.  By the way, he is
leaving Iowa and moving to Ohio (though he hopes to move back to our area next
year).  But he will still be handling Aqualog material, and this book seems to be
distributed by the Aqualog people.

No, some of us at MAS (Minnesota) have discussed it.  It looks like the photo's
were enhanced by PhotoShop or some similar tool.
