Scientific Papers Needed

Wonder if some of you kind intelligent fish people out there can help, my
Aquarist Association is updating it's master list of fish and fish sizes and
require information on

a.  Any scientific information on the description and naming of new species

b. Any papers on the revision of the species Labeo, Mastacembelus,
Afromastacembelus and Aethiomastacembelus

If anyone has copies of any of the above papers or knows of a URL,
containing the information it would be gratefully received.
