I'm gonna be a criminal!!!!

Hi,
Not such very good news!
Holland has developed something completely new!!!!
It's forbidden to keep, transport, breed, sell, buy or own animals from
another country, and it dosn't matter if the species is endangered or not!!!
Unbelieveble, It is a new law, developed by some woman from a Socialist
party and the new law is accepted and operational in about 3 months. That
means that anyone who keeps fish, birds, small mammels, reptiles, amphibions
or what so ever is criminal active!
I don't know what these people are thinking but the law is called:
"Wellbeiing of animals in captivity!!!!
In this new law are dogs and cats legal (although I think that most fish are
better of than most dogs and cats because the fanatism of aquarists) and it
is legal to keep only Dutch fish and the goldfish! Impossible, why: Because
all Dutch fishes wil absolutely die in the summertime because it's to warm
(the water).
Besides that are all Dutch fishes much to bnig and much to oxygen-depended
for aquaria.
What was this woman thinking by creating this absurd law!
I hope it is an impossible law to carry out so it wil be rewritten (which
will take years!).
A couple of years ago the state asked for some help from aquarists and
terrarists for creatimh this law, and while they were talking, someone has
made on her own a destructive law for animal-keepers.
Everybody knows that Holland is a country where peaple van buy mariuhana and
cocaine on evry streetcorner and besides that: It's kind of legal to!!!! But
it is striktly forbidden to keep a guppy in a tank.
In what country am I living (think I'm gonna visit the US for a couple of
decades)
