pelvicachromis sp description

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me whatever happened to the description of
Pelvicachromis sp. affinis pulcher referred to in Linke? This is the
description of "Pelvicachromis sacrimontis" from the Cross River system.
It's a fantastic fish, but what's the story on the mothballed
description (or has it been published somewhere?)
