They are available in Europe. I and a few of my friends
have had them here in Scotland, UK. Petra-Aqua the czech
Republic wholesaler have them, perhaps you could persuade a
wholesaler to order them for you.

They also have an Italian version of the web site.
Alternatively you could try and track down shops in Germany
or Holland who may do mail order, best waiting for the
warmer weather though.
