Nijsseni fry

I was just staring into the 10 gal nijsseni breeding tank, looking for
the 3 week old fry to see how they were doing, when I noticed about 50
newly hatched eggs scattered out in front of the spawning cave, being
guarded by the female.  I was wondering if this was normal and should do
nothing or do I need to take some protective action.
