Just to put my plug in.  Tucson AZ does not use chloramine, and the
greater Tucson area is about 700,000 people.  That said, most cities do
use chloramine as it is so much more stable.  Your TFC membrane may be
ruined if chlorine got to it.  Terst and if neccessary get a new membrane.
Should be opnly about $70 for just the membrane.
