The airstone should be going very lightly and be just close enough to keep a 
very gentle upward current flowing across the eggs.  The biggest reason for 
the airstone IMHO is to keep dirt from settling on the eggs.

Acriflavine seems to be the recommended antifungal, and I would use it were I 
you.  I've always used meth blue until now, but recently read that it really 
doesn't do much except stain the silicone in the seams of the tank.
