If you have some java moss floating around in one of your tanks, it alreasy 
has infusoria in it.  It will retain enough during moving between tanks to 
get up to snuff by Friday.  Also if you have a tank that has lots of that 
slimy algae that grows all over floating plants, scoop a cup of that up and 
transfer it as well, floating plants and all.
