Ictio, is it so hard to be cured?!!

Thanks a lot for your answers to my previous post. My Rams are keep covering
of white spots nothing to do with medication bought at the fish store, and
now I'm trying with a temperature raise, I'm keeping the temp at 34 °C, this
is the first day.

Any suggestions?
