We need these by the board meeting on Tuesday (would have preferred to have them last week) If you can't find them, would you write one. We need an introductory letter from the president talking about what we do and why they should donate IE we promote the aquarium hobby by doing bla bla bla. Then something about the annual auction being our primary sorce of income and your donations are important so we can continue to do bla bla bla. We also need a thank you letter. Usually very short saying tank you for your donation of ____________ valued at ________. GSAS is incorporated as a non-profit organization and your donation may be tax deductible, please consult your accountant. Etc. Heather, there is one thing that I need to talk to you about. Give me a call at work 425-226-0337 ext 3211. It is 206-469-2581. It has standard numeric paging, voice-mail and e-mail, so if you want to e-mail to my pager send mail to 2064692581@cookmail.com. You can send about 256 letters to my pager. Could the auction letters be e-mailed to the gatherers prior to the board meeting so we can get a head start on collecting stuff? Steve
