Costco and Picnics

Hello all.

Heather is correct, I am voting no on paying Eric the $40 for the Costco 
membership.  I move that we pay Erik $40 for last year and $40 for this 
year.  We would have to pay the $40 fee to get the September newsletter 
printed anyway, so if he decides to forgo the honor of dealing with the 
newsletter aren't really out of pocket anything.

As far as the picnic is conserned, either August 14th or the 21st looks 
okay, with my preference being the 21st.  My rents will be out of town the 
week of the 15th to 19th and that gives me a chance to get the place fixed 
up with out too much supervision.  Let me know if this works for you guys. 
 My priority is always to find a weekend that works for the board.  I 
didn't look at other events in the area, seems like wailing days might be 
one of those weekends so let me know.
