I think that if you are volunteering, you should go ahead and run with it as 
long as no one else has a 'stash' of plates, or other things.

                I was wondering if any of you had a favorite place to get
aquarium gravel.  I have been going to Manufacturer's Minerals but they are
not as convenient for me as before and I was hoping for a little more
variety.

                I believe (need to confirm with Victoria) that we would be
happy to get to the Avenel's place the morning of August 14th to help with
some yard work and setup for the picnic.  (We will be out of town the
weekend of August 7-8).
