I have no problem with this.

Conversely it could be disruptive to change the operating officers
mid-season if we have a good flow going with existing board and officers.  I
think the President et al should serve the full course of one GSAS year
(Sep/Jun).  I do agree that it hasn't worked well in to have noms/elect in
June, but  I am not sure that is the time of the year more than the nature
of the event.
