Bob, what do you mean "kill the newsletter"? I like it. And it has always been a benefit of membership. I would hate to see it end. dave -----Original Message----- From: Frangooles, Bob [mailto:bob.frangooles@attws.com] Sent: Tuesday, November 16, 1999 9:19 AM To: 'gsas-board@thekrib.com' Subject: RE: Board stuff (or is that bored stiff?) If this is the case, as much as I like Dave, we should re-schedule. My only concern is with regards to the gentleman at the last meeting who expressed interest in attending. I gave him directions and our number, so I believe he was fairly serious about attending and had mentioned becoming part of the board. Given that we need new blood I would hate to have him discouraged by either noone being there or very few being there. I can give him a call, but for the life of me I can't remember his name. He is a somewhat regular attendee, gray hair (late 50's early 60's?) and live in West Seattle. Any ideas? If we can cover this base I say we post-pone until after Thanksgiving, though I suppose we could organize the party via email. In which case we don't really NEED board meetings, which goes well with my idea to KILL the newsletter ;) Bob > ---------- > From: Sanford, Dave LHS-STAFF[SMTP:Sanfordd@issaquah.wednet.edu] > Reply To: gsas-board@thekrib.com > Sent: Tuesday, November 16, 1999 8:55 AM > To: 'gsas-board@thekrib.com' > Subject: RE: Board stuff (or is that bored stiff?) > > It sounds like Bob, Anne, and Dave will be the only attendees at the board > meeting.
