Progress on the Archive

Some may be interested in this.  Made some more progress in
auto-generating mini cover icons, article contents and author indexes;
This is the start of the CD (the actual page images aren't there because
they are too big to put on the web directly).

Since I have a "system" now, it's going to be a piece of cake to add more
as they are scanned.  So far, *with* all the images, it's still safely
under half a CD-ROM.
