I think that sounds good to me (about Dave G. and his plan).  I'm glad you
folks had some fun at the meeting.  Victoria and I had to scuttle the idea
of going because of large amounts of homework (for both of us).  We are
still planning on going to the board meeting and Joe's though.  See you all
then......
