Good Evening, I am writing this note to all of you out of concern for the December General meeting. I am hoping that some, and preferably all of, you can help as much as possible to make sure this December's meeting, our yearly Potluck, is a success. For the December Potluck to be a success we need the following to be accomplished: 1) We need someone to supply the meat(turkey or ham or both has been our typical). The Sparlings have volunteered to help with this, but, I need confirmation of this in order to feel comfortable that this item is covered. 2) Announcement of the upcoming Potluck needs to be made. Joe Hughes, is there any chance you can take care of this for us, please? Please let me know if you cannot and I will work to find someone who can. 3) Drinks, cups and utensils are needed. Fortunately, Bob Holmes volunteered to take care of this at the Board Meeting tonight. So, this is one of the things I am sure will happen. Thanx Bob. 4) FISHO, we need the FISHO game printed out and brought to the meeting. Erik Olson I believe has volunteered to provide this. Erik, I just need you to confirm this and put my mind to rest please. 5) Prizes for FISHO will be provided, the Board allocated $150 in prizes to be bought for the Potluck game. Fortunately, this is another one I know is covered, I will be bringing the prizes to the Potluck. 6) Finally, we need everyone to bring a side dish to go with the rest of the stuff above. So, we need things like salad, bread or rolls, desserts, snacks, etc. Please let me know what you will be bringing, prior to the Potluck, if you can. Sooooooo, in conclusion, we need people to help cover items 1, 2, 4 and 6. Many of these may be just a confirmation on someone's part, to me, so that I know they are covered. I want this party to be as much fun as last years and with all of your help, it will definately be as good as, if not better than, last year. I look forward to seeing you all there. If some of you would like to bring other donations for door prizes and such, that would be welcome as well. Please let me know if I have forgotten anything in this note. Thanx for the support, Clay Hess GSAS President
