I honestly do not mind doing it either way, so long as someone gives me the
list of names to make cards for and will mail them for me as well.  There is
something to be said for once a year billing however, from a bill paying
position, I like my bills as far away from Christmas as
possible.......~~laughing~~

I'm sort of the same opinion too... I would think this kind of approach
works when your membership doesn't have a very big turnover, i.e., people
tend to renew year after year.  I know that the folks running the club
before me (Steve Avenell in particular) didn't like it, which is why they
changed it.  I suggested it only as an alternative for Erika if she isn't
ready for the challenge of monthly business card mailings. :)

Hopefully Clay and Dave can weigh in on this one as well!
