Paul,

This is one of the available slots that I would dearly love to have someone
take over.  If you are interested I would be extremely happy if you would
take it over for me.  Kathy has been working on two of the speakers, but,
the rest has fallen into my unsuspecting hands and I am hoping to find
someone to help with it.  Please let me know if you wish to do it.

Kathy, can you help Paul with the last two questions please?

I started the process already and am waiting to hear back from Julie.  As
soon as i know details form her i will call Chuck rambo and e-mail him to be
a persistant squick until we get everything taken care of.

Is there anything else that i need to know?? I ahve a organized plan and
have the first aspect setup.  in the meantime i guess i need to know if we
have anyone available for organizing the guest speakers or is this one of
the available slots??

I also need to know what dates we will need to change as well at the
Aquarium and do we have a contact person there?? or is it just walk in and
reschedule?
