...sorry for the confusion.  Somehow, I still have no memory - not even one 
dimly lit light bulb - about any discussion at the last board meeting or in 
email since about where the next board meeting would be held.  I guess I 
totally missed it.

Thanks for the input.  Yes, the Board meeting is to be at your house this
month to the best of my knowledge.

I may bring a few cichlids to the FOTM too.  Depends on how much time I have

I've been looking over the GSAS Board Emails for the last few days and have 
come up with a few hopefully helpful comments,as follows:
1. Paul,the person I deal with at the aquarium is Becky Quimby. I recommend 
you contact her. Phone # is 206-386-4314.
2. Rick,I believe the Sept. board meeting is to be at my house on the 24th 
(anyone please correct me if I'm wrong). I'll bring driving directions to 
the meeting Tues.
3. On the subject of membership handling procedure,I'm in favor of 
continuing to do it the way we have been. Also,I'd be glad to mail out the 
membership cards to the new members--sort of falls right in with the 
membership stuff I do now anyway. I'm going to resubmit my idea for a 
"Welcome to the Club" letter to be sent out to new members at the next 
board meeting.
4. Looks to me that the mission statement we have now gets the job done.
5. I've got about 6 small sunset platies and 4 or 5 small cummingi 
barbs,plus a few odessa barbs to bring in tuesday for FOTM.
