will not be at next board meeting

The notes look fine.

I have some points I would like to bring up, as I will not be able to
attend the board meeting this month:

The January meeting should be addressed sooner than the board meeting.  
This "leaving it off until then" is a bad thing, in my opinion.  It was a
bad idea in October, and it is a bad idea now. Do we have a substitute
meeting topic yet?  Are people bringing ideas to the board meeting, or
expected to "come up" with ideas spontaneously then?

I still disagree with the rule of booting folks off the board
automatically after three months, as I have mentioned to Clay before.  I
think that if you want someone off the board because of lack of
participation, you ask them.  I suspect they will most likely understand.

In terms of my tasks, I have sent the post card (you should have all
gotten one), updated the sponsor list on the website to include Conway
tropical fish, extended all the business memberships accordingly, I have
sent the scans of Bob's pictures to Erika, and updated the website to note 
that June is Hostess.
