RE: Board Meeting - Pizza

I also feel, like Dave, that we should not have the treasaury pay for it.
Seems wrong to tax our entire membership for this. We're talking on the
order of $20-30 per meeting, and why would some people choose to pay out
of their pocket knowing that others would get reimbursed? So 10 x $30 =
$300 per year pizza budget. That's not a trivial amount of money, and
with the budget concerns brought up at the start of the year I'd rather
see it spent on an aquarium tour, for instance.

I do, however, beleive that it's appropriate to reimburse for pizza at the
two auctions, especially the general auction, becuase it's a lot of labor
and people come early to help (somtimes missing work to do so!), and it's
the night where we take in all the money for our treasaury.
