HELP NEEDED : I need your feedback

Good Evening,

I need the input from the Board members on last Board meeting minutes.  I
have been going on the assumption that no input from a Board member
represents agreement or acceptance to any of the questions that are coming
up in email.  If you do not agree with or accept something that is sent to
the Board in email, you need to let me know!  

If this policy, as I have outlined it, does or does not work well for any of
you, I need to know that.  Please let me know as soon as you possibly can.
I really want to make this as easy on all of us as possible.  But, I want to
make sure nothing slips through the cracks as well and that everyone is
heard if they wish to be.
