 PLANT ORDER:
        ( ) ____________ to purchase $____ wholesale plants from _____________
        ( ) print thank-you to wholesaler in next newsletter
        ( ) extend gift subscription to wholesaler
        ( ) special items to purchase? (fertilizer, books, algae-eating fish?)

 SPLITS:
        60/40, 20 item limit per member, MEMBERS ONLY
        items must be checked in before auction

 PREPARATION:

        ( ) _________________ to verify room availability & early arrival
        ( ) _________________ to order & bring pizza
        ( ) _________________ to pick up plant order & bring to auction
        ( ) _________________ to print up bidder cards, labels
        ( ) _________________ to bring sharpies, dots
        ( ) _________________ to bring extra plastic bags
        ( ) _________________ to bring garbage bags

 COMPUTER:
        ( ) _________________ bring configured server, printer, paper,
                              cables, cue-cats, access point, WLAN cards

        ( ) _________________ bring laptop (minimum four laptops!)

 TREASURER:

        ( ) change, checks, books and usual treasurer stuff

 SETUP:
        ( ) ______________ to man check-in/out station (1-2 folks)
        ( ) ______________ runners (2 folks minimum?)
        ( ) ______________ auctioneers (3 + alternates?)
        ( ) ______________ recorders (3 + alternates?)
