db website patched up

Hi Bob (and anyone else who's tried to update members in the database 
lately),

I have patched the ancient front-end on the membership database so it will
work again with this new version Linux.  You should be able to update
members once again.  At "some point in the future, when time allows" (like
it's said for the past 4 years on the page), I could migrate the front end
to something nicer (though the database itself continues to work great).
