Board Meeting Sustinance

Hi June,

It just dawned on me that I've neglected my duties as "Board Meeting 
Coordinator".

I don't know what you may already have planned, but I should at least give 
you the benefit of hearing the "Party Line".

The official policy for when the Board meets at a club member's house, is 
that we ask that member to procure some sort of bodily sustinance e.g. 
PIZZA, pop, Tacos, whatever - enough for the host family (including Peach) 
and the visiting board members.  Please save your receipts and Bob will 
write a check to reimburse you for any expenses before we leave.
