Guppy Tournement

 Good Evening,

A question for all of you follows.  How do each of you feel about supporting 
this effort?  Do we wish to get involved as a club in this effort?  Please let 
me know ASAP.  I know nothing about the folks that are putting this 
"tournement" on and have never heard of a fish "tournement" of any sort.  So, 
if one of you would be interested in doing the research to find out if this is 
for real I would certainly appreciate that as well.  EMail follows:

We are organizing an international guppy tournament here in the greater seattle 
area to take place in November 2003.  This year would mark the 50th aniversary 
of the first guppy show in the united states and we thought we put our name in 
the map. We hope to attract participants from Asia, Europe, the US and Canada. 
We almost have our promotional material ready for display on our own web site 
and for print.  We are working in collaboration with some of the best breeders 
and judges from the US, Canada and Germany. Do you think there might be a way 
for us and the GSAS to cooperate for this event?
