Many clubs are senidng out newsletters as pdf's by email, now I know the charter says we are to mail a notice each month but what if some members prefer email over US mail. Would it be possible to offer the members a choice? I personally dont like paper, I recieve too much now, and would choose to read the newsletter as a pdf. When there is something I need to see on paper, like a form, I print it out. I had no idea the the newsletter was consuming such a large portion of each members dues, not to mention the freebie newsletters.
