Hi Clay,
I received your “out of office” automated reply a few minutes ago, so I know that you’re not going to be around Boeing for the next couple weeks. I don’t know if you’re really out of town, or whether you’ll be at the meeting this Tuesday; but, if you ARE going to be there, the board would like to ask you, as the outgoing President, to announce the newly elected officers and specifically, to introduce Bob as the new President.
Would you please let us know ASAP if you’ll be able to do this?
