I let Tori know that I am forwarding this to the board as I am not a board member and therefore not in a position to indorse or not her intersting ideas. Perhaps someone can give her feedback re her question on "boundries." I am shocked about the rent increase on our space. In fact I decided to see what we can do about it. Frank and I have a few ideas about what we may be able to do. I have been searching now, and will continue to search for grants that this group qualifies for. <There seem to be quite a few> Frank and I are willing to put a grant proposal together if that looks like something we can do. <We can get the details if it looks like an option> There are also lots of funds for kids clubs, as well as education funds from the aquarium its self. I also thought due to the drastic nature that perhaps a call to the local news station may be a good idea. I just think there is no reason we should have to slash all programs we have in order to have a place to meet. Also, I will not be at the next meeting because I will be in Nevada. I will be working on this there, and would love any information anyone wants to contribute. If this is something that is really not in my "boundaries" with the gsas please let me know. I just think we may be able to help.
